Paquin Design Build Announces Grand Opening of New Grasonville Headquarters

Grasonville, MD. (September 24, 2024) – Paquin Design/Build, an award-winning residential and custom home builder is pleased to announce the grand opening of their corporate office building located on Evans Avenue, in Grasonville, MD.

The newly completed three-story office building has recently become home to all five of the Paquin Companies. This includes operations for the parent company Paquin Design Build, and its specialty businesses which include Beacon Pointe Homes, Paquin Interiors, PDB Commercial and the company’s newest venture Eastern Shore Architecture.

Over the past few years, it became evident that there were niches in the market that were not being served, so Brent Paquin, President, and founder of the company created divisions which would specialize and fill these voids.

Beacon Pointe Homes was founded as a semi-custom home division offering a well-constructed home at a less-than custom price point. PDB commercial manages the company’s commercial construction which includes mixed-use office buildings, multi-residential buildings, community centers, and office complexes. Eastern Shore Architecture will now be home to the firms drafting department and employ draftsmen, designers, architects, and Interior designers. This company will serve not only Paquin Design Build’s needs but those seeking architectural services alone.

The ground level of the new building on Evans Avenue will be dedicated to Paquin Interiors, a kitchen and bathroom design showroom. This segment of Paquin will be shifting to more of a retail space and offer not only a traditional kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling service but carry many items that can be purchased off the floor or ordered and received in a timely manner.

2024 has marked 20 years in Business for Paquin Design Build, who has been widely recognized for the quality homes it has built throughout Maryland and especially on the Eastern Shore. In 2021, Paquin Design Build was voted Best Home Builder by APG Chesapeake’s Best of the Best. In addition, Paquin Interiors was voted Best Home Remodeling Company in 2020, 2022, and 2024 by Shore Update.
