Eastern Shore Home Builder Completes First of Many Homes in the Community of Chester River Landing.

Chestertown, MD is, and always has been, one of the Eastern Shores best kept secrets. The bustling port town rose in the mid-18th century with the export of tobacco and grains to Europe and the Carribbean. It also became a major center for ship building and repair.

Despite its rich history, Chestertown is more than it's historic past. The town is a vibrant, picturesque, waterfront community that is growing and thriving in todays business and art scene. A friendly, Eastern Shore atmosphere makes Chestertown a great place to visit, or better yet, call home.

Just a short walk from town is the the boutique, waterfront community of Chester River Landing. A combination of newly constructed single family homes, townhomes, and semi-detatched homes line the walkway that leads from the community entrance to the marina and Chester River.

Paquin Design Build, an Eastern Shore Home builder, has been selected by the land developer to complete this boutique community. Several home designs have been approved by the Home Owners Association and integrate nicely into the landscape that currently exists.

In late May, the first single family home was completed. The three story, sunny yellow home, with porches that wrap the second and third floors, has a very old Eastern Shore vibe and overlooks the town marina and the beautiful Chester River. A set of townhomes, currently under construction, boast some of the best waterfront views of the river.

The lots and new homes are being represented by Kaitlyn Collins at Benson and Mangold Real Estate in Easton, MD. If you'd like to learn more about the homes, the community, or the area, contact Kaitlyn at (410) 490-9157.
