Eastern Shore Home Builder Celebrates 20 years in Business

Congratulations to the team at Paquin Design Build, a custom design and build company located in Grasonville, Maryland. In May, they celebrated their 20th year in business. Over the years, the company has built and renovated homes on both sides of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, but has found their focus in high-end waterfront homes on the Eastern Shore. From Stevensville, and Grasonville, to Easton, and St. Michaels, you are sure to spot many homes that have been designed and built by the architectural design team at Paquin.

As the company has grown, several specialized divisions have been formed. Paquin Interiors focuses on everything kitchen and bath with a product showroom where customers can gather and make selections for ther remodels and new homes. Beacon Pointe Homes, the semi custom division of Paquin is just that, a homebuilding solution at a less-than-custom pricepoint. PDB Commercial is the latest additon to the family and its sole priority would be commercial projects on both sides of the bridge.

PDB Commercial's latest project is now underway at the intersection of Evans Avenue and Route 50 in Grasonville. This commercial office building will soon be the new home to all of the businesses mentioned above. The main floor will house the showroom and offices for Paquin Interiors as well as much needed storage for all of the company's. The second and third floor will house offices and conference rooms for the other businesses.
